This Pittsfield, New Hampshire, single-level cabin is the perfect New England rental for families to enjoy a peaceful getaway. This cabin is secluded, while still being a close walk to all of the activities offered in this part of the world. With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, this lovely cabin sleeps up to eight glampers comfortably.
The first bedroom comes with a king-size bed and the second comes with a queen-size bed, both offering a relaxing space for guests after a long day. The third room is very spacious and great for kids, set with three twin beds and one full bed. The large open floor kitchen and dining room area come fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. A large selection of puzzles, games, books, and art supplies will make sure guests have plenty to do in the comfort of their own home. Fresh bed linens, bath towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided so guests do not have to bring their own.
The large, screened-in patio, with a table and plenty of seating, gives guests a place to enjoy every meal while still having a view of New Hampshire's wildlife. Out front, a small porch with a charcoal grill will provide everything needed for a delicious barbecue.
This host does not rent out to bachelor parties or other party groups as they do not fit with the quiet, family atmosphere at Graylag.
The gentle waterfront with a dock and a raft is a favorite spot for guests of all ages. Guests can feel free to paddle with the canoes and kayaks, use rowboats to fish, and sail the little sailboats that are provided at the glamping site. Stand up paddleboards and lifejackets will also be provided. There is no lifeguard on duty, so guests will need to use caution as they are responsible for their own safety. Gathering around the campfire guests can bring smores kits to end the day with a delicious treat alongside family and friends.

Guests have access to a large private beach on pristine Wild Goose Pond. The spring-fed pond is very clean with a sandy bottom, extended dock, and floating raft a short swim away. Kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddle-boards, rowboats, and a sailboat are all available to guests along with PFD's.
The two fire pits make ideal spots to relax in the evening. Hiking trails allow guests to explore the 300 acres of woodlands, with discovery of massive boulders, huge pine trees, sunny glades, beaver dams, and vernal pools. The glamping site is loaded with wildflowers and other native plants with over 400 native species on-site. Rustic benches are scattered throughout the property for a quick rest along the way.
There are numerous restaurants in the local area if guests would like to dine out, or guests can cook in the fully equipped kitchen or use the charcoal grill next to each cabin. The property is conveniently located one hour from the seacoast of Maine and New Hampshire, just over an hour to the White Mountains, and less than two hours from Boston. -
