This rustic tree house escape on the banks of private lake is located in Cabot, Vermont, within close proximity to Groton State Forest and lake, and can accommodate two guests. It is surrounded by amazing wildlife and is perfect for guests searching for an extremely peaceful getaway. There is a loft-style bedroom with a queen-size bed and in the living area, there is a pull-out sofa bed. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower.

COVID-19 Actions

We have always kept our tree house rental extremely clean, as you can read from past reviews, Cleaning "YES" being even more extensive during this time (Covid-19). Wiping down with Disinfectant -All door knobs, railings ,books, remotes, any and every thing people touch! Mask is worn as well as gloves before going in to clean. We like at least two or three days between rentals.
