This private suite is located in Charlotte, Vermont with direct access to Mt. Philo State Park and breathtaking views of Lake Champlain. It sleeps up to four guests and is a dog friendly accommodation. There are two bedrooms and two baths.

The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king-size bed. There is a bathroom with a deep, jetted massage tub set up on slabs of slate. The bedroom on the entry level features a queen-size bed and a large set of windows to let the sun light up the room. The additional bathroom is on the entry level a features a roomy steam shower lined with slate salvaged from local Vermont blackboards.

The kitchen, dining area, and living space all occupy an inviting, open space giving guests plenty of room to breathe. This certified "green" space boasts locally sourced materials, energy efficient appliances, and Seventh Generation products.

Outside, guests will find the trails that serve as direct access to Mt. Philo State Park. Visitors will love walking their dogs around the grounds, park, and nearby gardens.

Glampers will rave over the complimentary breakfast basket packed with local butter, maple syrup, cheese, coffee, and eggs and ethically raised meats from Greylaine Farms. To further support for local artisans, bathrooms are stocked with homemade soaps and products. The property offers free Wi-Fi, cable television, free off-street parking, and laundry facilities. There is 24-hour assistance offered, but guests still have ample privacy.

Guests have access to a private road that leads to the 280 acre Mt. Philo State Park.
