Set near Stowe Mountain and Smugglers' Notch Ski Resorts in Vermont, this unique five-story tree house rental comes set with three bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and one with two twin beds, sleeping up to six guests in total. The first-floor bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second-floor bedroom has twin beds. The third floor offers the master bedroom suite with a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Towels and linens are kindly provided.

The tree house’s fourth and fifth floors serve as reading areas for glampers to relax in if they wish. Throughout the tree house, there is plenty of seating and tables for guests to relax together with a game of cards, and there is cable TV and Wi-Fi access for evening entertainment. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything guests need to prepare their own meals, and even a dishwasher for easy cleaning up afterwards. Additional amenities include central heating and a backup generator in case of power outage.

Outside, there is wooden decking at the same level as the tree canopy. It's great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sunshine with the birds singing away next to the tree house. Guests ill absolutely adore the hot tub on deck too, perfect for sinking into after a busy day skiing. There is also a barbecue on the deck too.When sending a booking request, guests should send the host a note with a little information about their group, the number of people, what brings them to Vermont, and that they have read and understood the house rules.

This glamping site is the ideal secluded and quiet destination in Vermont—complete with trails, snowshoeing, and more. The property's facilities include a hot tub on an enclosed back porch, two air conditioners, a washer and dryer, a telephone, a gas fireplace, baseboard heating, internet, an iron and ironing board, and parking. Linens and towels are provided.

Please read house rules before requesting to book. A message telling me about your trip plans, how many guests, and that you agree to the house rules will sure expedite the booking process.

There is a refundable damage deposit of $300 at this property that will be held on the guest's card at the time of booking, along with a signed short term rental agreement and released back to the guest pending no damages 10 days after check out.

Signed Short Term Rental Agreement and copy of photo i.d. Is required upon booking, agreeing to House Rules.

There is a minimum age limit for renters.

This property does not allow pets, no exceptions due to family allergy.

The treehouse is non-smoking and not suitable for young children. The accommodation is on the edge of a 60-foot cliff and includes a spiral staircase and several balconies. Smoking will result in a loss of the entire Security Deposit. The result is a very unique and cool place, but not appropriate for children to be let loose in.

Guests with children under the age of 18 will be required to sign an additional liability waiver.

Unique, fun, and probably unlike anything guests have ever experienced, this site offers plenty of fun activity on its own. Guests can relax in the hot tub or roll in the snow; this place is a getaway for the young at heart. There are many private trails, right from the door, which lead to plenty of nearby brooks and waterfalls. Guests can have a picnic at one of the many lakes, head to Smugglers' Notch State Park or enjoy a tranquil hike in Lamoille Valley. In the spring, summer, or fall, guests can bring a bike for a tour of the new Lamoille Valley Rail Trail, just a half mile down the road. Hikers will enjoy the well-known Long Trail or riding the gondola up to the top of Mount Mansfield.

The property is near Stowe, Smuggler's Notch, and Jay Peak Resorts. For cross country skiing, there is the Trapp Family Lodge, where guests can also book a sleigh or wagon ride, depending on the season, and the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Vermont has also become renowned for its wineries and microbreweries. Definitely worth taking the time to tour them. There is so much to do in this little piece of heaven and every season is truly spectacular.
