Sequestered in a beautiful wooded area, which offers seclusion and a quiet paradise all year round, this rustic, yet cozy log cabin offers a warm and peaceful environment in the North Pole, Alaska. Located a stone’s throw from a pristine waterway where a wealth of ducks nest and raise their ducklings, the atmosphere is natural and authentic.

The rustic log cabin is fitted with two queen-size beds, one on the main floor and the other is perched in the cozy loft area, accessible by a ladder for the more adventurous glampers. Both sleeping areas have picture windows, which welcome the sunshine in, but can be blocked with darkening shades for a Sunday morning lie in. There is one private bathroom equipped with modern amenities for comfort. The hosts provide quality linen, comfy bedding, and plush towels.

With an open floor plan, the cabin offers a cozy living area with sink-in armchairs ideal for unfurling after an exhilarating day of exploring the area. Escaping in a paperback or watching a film are great ways to spend a day indoors. The kitchenette offers everything guests may need to prepare hearty meals to enjoy at the dining table. Complete with a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a microwave, and a coffeemaker, guests will be able to create culinary art with ease.

With an array of amenities and facilities that will make guests feel right at home in the middle of beautiful wilderness, guests can get back in touch with the outdoors without forgoing the creature comforts of home. With a kitchenette, comfy beds, indoor entertainment such as a TV, a DVD player, a small video library, and Wi-FI, as well as laundry facilities, the cabin is certainly equipped.

A cup of coffee can be enjoyed outside as the morning fog lifts and welcomes the day. Enjoying the quiet while contemplating life in the hammock riverside is a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. As the day starts to turn into evening, guests can put dinner on the barbecue, enjoy a glass of wine, and admire the vibrant sky as nature takes their breath away with the dancing northern lights.
