This property is a seven and a half acre farm with over 200 fruit trees, farm animals, and a small community of people. The farm has a rustic meditation/yoga/workshop space and infrared sauna with outdoor shower. The farm is on partial solar power and hot water systems and uses low energy lighting with conscious effort to conserve wherever possible. The farm is a sustainable model and has organic production of a large portion of the food and medicinal supply of the community that lives there. This property also uses nontoxic cleaning supplies and incorporates the use of recycled materials.
