This exclusive vacation rental is located on the shores of Anini Beach on the island of Kauai in Hawaii. It can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it a perfect place for large group getaways. There are four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one-half bathroom. Two master bedrooms are situated in separate wings on the upper level of the home. Both rooms feature king-size beds, impressive private full bathrooms, TVs and wet bars. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin-size beds. Both of these rooms also enjoy ensuite privileges. A family room can be converted to a fifth bedroom in order to accommodate additional guests. The fifth bathroom is a half-bath with a sink and a toilet. Linens and towels are provided.
The main level of the home features a living room, a family room, a bathroom and a modern fully-equipped kitchen. In the living room, guests will have plenty of places to relax and watch TV or a DVD movie. The family room also offers space to unwind and visit with fellow guests and at night can double as sleeping quarters. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Cookware, dinnerware, and utensils are provided.
Other amenities include Wi-fi, a telephone, a stereo, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board.
Outside, there is a large covered lanai with comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ. A hot tub is perfectly situated to allow guests to take in the views of the beach and mountains. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off sand upon returning from the beach. There is on-site parking available.

This gorgeous beachfront home comes fully-equipped making a stay here both convenient and relaxing. Guests will have Wi-fi and telephone access as well as cable TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player and a music system. The upper level of the home features the two master bedrooms each with their own private bath, wet bar, and TV. A library on this level is stocked full of books about Hawaii. Ceiling fans help moderate the temperature inside. A large covered lanai is an ideal spot for enjoying the view of the spectacular beach or perhaps the outdoor hot tub would be a preferable spot to unwind and take in the view. After a day at the beach, guests can rinse off in the outdoor shower before getting ready to grill up dinner on the BBQ. Laundry facilities are available as well as an iron and ironing board. Parking is available on-site.

Waimea (which means reddish water) Canyon is known as the Grand Canyon of the Pacific. It is approximately ten miles long and up to 3,000 feet deep. It is located on the western side of Kauai and features challenging hiking and hunting trails.
Princeville Makai Golf Club will appeal to avid golfers. Lighthouses, plantation tours, beachcombing, fishing, and picnics are a nice way to spend a more leisurely day. The town of Kilauea is the "go-to" place in this community. The dining options in town are plentiful. The Kilauea Fish Market, Kilauea Bakery, and Pau Hana Pizza are local favorites. The Kilauea Bistro serves delicious dishes in an inviting atmosphere complete with entertainment from local musicians. There are also a number of delightful shops in town stocked full of interesting and unique finds that could make great souvenirs.

A $500 security deposit is required per week of rental and will be applied to the final cost.
For parties larger than eight people, there will be a surcharge of $125 per week/person. Weddings require a double deposit.
