This cabin is located just down the street from Big Bear Blvd, providing easy access to local restaurants, shops, and activities, and with almost no traffic noise this cabin is the perfect hideaway for your next relaxing vacation.SPACEAfter you park on the off-street parking, you’ll make your way through beautiful scenery of trees and several woodland creature statues greeting you. The front of the home has a deck and 2nd story balcony with plenty of chairs for lounging. First Floor-The first floor has an adorable kitchen with barstool seating for entertaining while cooking for your loved ones. Across from the kitchen you’ll find a washer and dryer for your use on those extended stays.-The living room has two large sofas and a comfy lounge chair around the fireplace. A smart TV is setup for streaming your favorite shows and movies.-The first bedroom with plenty of storage and adjacent full bathroom are also on the first floor. Second Floor-Heading up the stairs you’ll find the second full bathroom and two additional rooms. -One room has a large bed, plenty of closet space, and access to the balcony looking over the front of the home.-The kids room upstairs has a bunk bed and full bed, as well as closet space, a dresser, and a smart TV for entertainment. -The upstairs bedrooms both have ceiling fans.Outdoors-The backyard has a deck with comfortable patio furniture including an outdoor sofa, lounge chairs, and two patio tables with seating for up to 6. A BBQ grill is provided for your use as well. No refunds will be made for circumstances beyond the homeowners control. Rescheduling is allowed if all roads have been closed into the area. Chains are often required and should be carried at all times and maybe needed to get in or out of Big Bear and/or your rental. Guest are responsible for snow removal from decks and stairs during their stay. NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS/: Our home is non-smoking, non-vaping, and no drugs ($500 fee for smoking inside). Please do not use our backyard as a restroom as it will be subject to a $150 cleaning fee. Please for safety reasons do not burn candles in our cabin.Cleaning fee is non- negotiable. This covers clean linens, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, floors, basic care of the home. This does not cover left trash, excessive messes and cleaning all dirty dishes.We appreciate guest who treat our home as if it were their own. At the end of your stay please take all your trash and recycling to Big Bear Transfer Station at 38550 Holcomb Valley Rd Big Bear Ca 92315. There will be a 25$ trash removal fee per bag if there is any trash left in the cabin. Check out is at 10am. Please be prompt. There will be an extra 100$ fee if the cleaning team arrives and must wait or come back. They will not enter the property until the property is vacated due to safety. Snow removal is done at 4 inches or more after the storm slows down. Snow shovels are provided. The plow team is on a scheduled route. Please plan for weather and snow.Please be sure to review all listed amenities before booking including potential heating and cooling, spa, and/or lake access. Barking or other animal noise may result in noise complaints.TRASHPlease place all trash in approved containers. Ensure containers are closed to keep animals out. Do not place trash bags or other uncontained trash anywhere on the property. OCCUPANCY Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fnes, or both. The approved number of people allowed in the unit can be found on the information posted inside the unit. PROHIBITED USES Short-term rentals may not be used for commercial purposes, such as flming, corporate retreats, conferences, or wedding receptions. COMPLAINTS The County operates a 24-hour hotline where residents can report short-term rental violations. All complaints are investigated and can result in a $1,000 citation.REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN You should receive a complete copy of the rental unit rules and regulations from the owner as well as information about penalties for violations.
