Walking distance to The Village area, and 5 mins away from the slopes!All bedding will be provided along with bathroom linens.Sleeping arrangementsBedroom 1: (Main floor) Queen bed, 50’ smart tv with Roku.Bedroom 2: (Second floor) Two twin beds. Direct access to the play areaPlay Area: (Second floor) Kids kitchen and reading area.We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls, cotton swabs and floss picks. Hand towels and wash cloths are also provided. The bath and spa towels are not for lake use, please bring extra for the lake.Bathroom: (Main floor) Glass shower and single vanity.Kitchen: Full sized fridge, gas range, gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, 6 cup drip coffee maker, Keurig. Fully stocked with all utensils, cookware, and dishware.Dining Room: Located in kitchen. Chairs for 2 & bench seating.Living Room: Record player and large 3 seater couch.Laundry Room: Full sized washer and dryer, with laundry detergent.Front Patio: Amazing place to watch the mountain life and a warm cup of goodnessBack Patio: String lights light up the picnic area.Parking: Parking for 2 cars only per our permit. More than 2 cars will result in fines and eviction per the city. AWD or 4x4 is recommended in winter. Like most homes in Big Bear there is no AC. Fans are provided.If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance! We have a strict cancellation policy and will stand by it. Winter months can be challenging with snow, ice, road closures, and other things. For those guests who have cometo party and disrupt the peace and tranquilityof the neighborhoods, there are costly andsevere consequences.FinesThe minimum fine for violating the rules statedpreviously is $500 per violation. A secondoffense is $1000 per violation.EvictionUnruly guests who blatantly disregard the rulesand expectations will be evicted without arefund. In addition, costly citations may beissued to the reservation holder.
