The space

The Home – This 530-square-foot, studio-style home features plush green carpet throughout. The loft bedroom has a queen bed, while updated, colorful retro touches create a cozy atmosphere throughout the home. The property sits on a large, mountainside lot with mature trees and a fully fenced yard.

Please note that stairs are unavoidable. The home is located down a set of stairs around the garage, and the bedroom is also upstairs.

Bedroom 1 – Located in the loft with no door. Features a queen-size bed, dresser, small Smart TV, closet, and mini-split A/C and heater unit.

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, Q-tips, and floss picks. We also provide 3 bath towels, 3 spa towels, 2 washcloths, and 1 hand towel. Towels are not for lake use, so please bring extra towels for the lake.

Bathroom – Single vanity and corner shower. Located on the main level of the home.

Kitchen – Features a 2-burner electric cooktop and microwave, Smeg retro fridge, and countertop dishwasher. Fully stocked with utensils, dishware, and cookware. A starter pack of paper towels and trash bags is provided, along with dish soap, coffee grounds, and sugar.

Coffee Setup – 12-cup drip coffee maker. Coffee grounds and sugar are provided.

Dining – Located within view of the kitchen and living area, with a table for 3.

Living Room – Amazing views and natural lighting. Two sofas surround the fireplace. A large Smart TV is available for streaming your favorite apps. One sofa converts into a futon bed, and linens are provided.

Fireplace – Round, natural wood-burning fireplace. We do not provide wood, but it can be purchased when filling out our check-in form and delivered to the home. Please be mindful of children around the fireplace, as there is no protective barrier to prevent access.

Deck/Patio – Overlooks the mountainside. Features a dining table with seating for 4 guests and additional bench seating along the railing. A propane grill is provided, along with the propane tank. Tanks are replaced once a week or as needed. If the tank needs to be replaced during your stay, please send us a photo of the receipt, and you will be reimbursed. Alternatively, give us some time and our team can replace it during the day.

Spa – 3-person round spa. Per city regulations, spa hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The spa is professionally balanced and cleaned after every guest.

Parking – Flat cement parking pad. No garage access is provided. You will most likely need AWD or 4x4 during the winter months due to the home's location in the Moonridge area. No street parking is allowed.

Pets – We are NOT pet-friendly. Proper documentation for service animals will be required, including vaccination records and information about what the animal is trained to assist with. Dogs are the only type of service animal allowed. All animals MUST be disclosed upon booking.

Cooling – There is one mini-split unit in the loft bedroom. The unit provides both cooling and heating.

Heating – This home has a wall heater, wood-burning fireplace, and mini-split unit.

Please make sure to read the additional rules section. We believe in setting proper expectations. Many of these rules are set by the city and enforced by code enforcement. We are required to follow these rules as part of our permit.

Guest access

You have access to the entire property. The only exceptions are the garage and a cabinet near the front door. You're not missing much!

Other things to note

The City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy must be respected at all times. Please review the city rules.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit: Maximum occupancy is 3 guests, including children and infants. Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking on the street or in the yard: Parking is only permitted in the driveway and designated parking area. Only 1 vehicle is allowed.

No amplified music 24/7: Amplified music must not be heard beyond the property line at any time. Close your windows to prevent music from carrying beyond the property line.

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.: Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Pets: This home is NOT pet-friendly. Service animals must be disclosed and meet the applicable requirements.

Unfortunately, a few guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward surrounding guests and residents. For those who come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood, there are costly and severe consequences.

Fines: The minimum fine for violating the rules stated above is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1,000 per violation.
