Resting over California's beautiful Trinity River, glampers will find this family-sized cottage rental. Glampers will feel peaceful and comfortable in this family-size cottage. With a queen-size bed in the private bedroom and a sofa bed in the loft, five glampers can sleep cozy and snug. The private bedroom also includes a writing desk, hanging closet, and reading light. Glampers will love taking advantage of the full-size bathtub in the bathroom, especially after a long day of exploration. The living and dining room can be found in the main room of the cottage, which also includes a full kitchen, and large outdoor deck with a BBQ.
The full-size kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, place settings, a full-size refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, and a microwave. A coffeemaker with complimentary organic coffee is available upon request. Be sure to pick up some in time to watch the sunrise over the beautiful wildlife scenery.

The cafe is a 2,000-square-foot straw bale structure overlooking the Trinity River. The ambiance of the cafe is dominated by hand-poured, colored glass tableware, accessories, and cozy filters of light. This mosaic of colors and textures perfectly blends with the natural beauty of the outdoors. It is a setting that makes every event unique, memorable, and enchanting.
The cafe is open daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and serves freshly baked goods, breakfast, and lunch from the kitchen. On Fridays, it is open until 8 p.m. serving delicious wood-fired pizzas. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, it is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until 8 p.m. and serving pizzas. The cafe is well known for its organic, gourmet coffees, which the hosts roast themselves. One of the hosts' specialties are the homemade, wood-fired pizzas from their brick oven.
All the outdoor events also take place in the cafe. The indoor seating area holds 30 guests and the patio area up to 150 guests. There is also Wi-Fi in the cafe and can only be used for browsing the internet or checking email, it is not able to support downloads or streaming.

Trinity River is one of Northern California’s most scenic rivers. It offers great year-round fishing opportunities. Glampers can try their hand at snatching up some steelhead, salmon, and German brown fish. With over 260 species, this area is a bird watcher’s paradise. While sipping on a steamy cup of coffee, first thing in the morning from the comfort of the deck, glampers may spot bald eagles, blue heron, merganser, stellar jays, turkey vultures, sharp-shinned hawks, rufous hummingbirds, golden eagles, and more.
Guests should not miss out on the other fun activities to experience, including hunting, kayaking, and canoeing right at the heart of the river, to hiking and biking on the beautiful trails. Bringing a camera or mobile device with a good camera is a must for capturing some great action shots and picturesque scenery. Check-in time is between 14:00 and 18:00. Please make other arrangements with staff if outside of this time frame. A $20 late check-in fee may apply. There is a two-night minimum stay at this glamping accommodation, and the listed rental price shows this rate; however, if guests would like to stay just one night, the daily rate might change. A 5% hotel tax will also be added to the total price of the rental.
Rates are based on double occupancy. For more than two guests, there is a $10 fee per person per night, unless the additional guests bring their own linens and towels.
Private dinners can be arranged for $35 per person, plus tax and gratuity. This does not include alcohol. The site has local bottles of wine for purchase, as well as a nice selection of beer. Read more
