- NO PARTIES or Large Gatherings - Please don't attempt a party in an HOA w/ Security.
- No Pets
- Sonoma County Noise Ordinance - Quiet time 9PM
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home and due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces
