Guests can explore the desert mountains with a scenic hike or bike ride, or for an adrenaline rush, guests can rent a 4WD. Animal lovers should keep an eye out for bighorn sheep, which are often spotted on trails to Palm Canyon. Once at Palm Canyon, guests can take a dip in one of the swimming holes fed by underground springs and shaded by California fan palms. The property is also surrounded by the de Anza Country Club, which features a gorgeous golf course with stunning views of Indian Head Mountain.

When glampers are ready for a break from the great outdoors, the friendly neighboring city of Borrego Springs is just a five-minute drive from the property. In downtown Borrego Springs, guests will discover an array of shops and boutiques, ice cream parlors and local restaurants, and more.
