Located on the hill overlooking Dillon Beach, Whale Watch has phenomenal bay & ocean views and has been outfitted with every amenity your heart could desire, including brand new furnishings throughout! A great spot for a family or group of friends, you'll love the open plan kitchen, living & dining room with water views from nearly every window! Dog Friendly so you can bring your pup to enjoy one of California's last truly Dog Friendly beach! Relax and unwind in the brand new hot tub (*** Coming Soon! ***) overlooking the ocean! Enter the split level home and walk up the 1/2 flight of stairs to the main level. An open concept living room, dining room and kitchen allows the whole group to gather - whether lounging on the huge sectional sofa positioned perfectly to observe the water views and/or watch the brand new Sony Smart TV mounted above the gas fireplace, or cooking meals (from simply to gourmet) in the spacious kitchen with brand new propane gas BBQ just outside on the back deck! Step out on the front balcony to truly appreciate how magnificent the view is stretching the length of Tomales Bay, out over the Pacific Ocean, and all the way to Bodega Head!

Follow the hallway to access any of the three good sized bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom at the end of the hall features a king size bed, sliding glass doors that open onto a deck with incredible water views, and spacious en suite bath with inset, tile shower! The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and has views of the neighborhood's rolling hills, full of wildlife, including plentiful deer and birds. The 3rd bedroom is set up with two comfy twin beds and has sliding glass doors with access to the front deck and seating to enjoy the views! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a 2nd full bath, located off the hallway, with a full tub/shower combo, original tile & wood shingle walls! Wrap around decks provide plenty of spots to enjoy the sunshine, share a drink or meal, or just relax and soak in the beautiful water views!

Head downstairs and let the games begin! To the right you enter a large play/work/sleep room outfitted with two comfy, sleeper sofas, new 65" Sony Smart TV (!!!), a desk for your work-from-vacation-home needs and a gaming table ready for you to break out one of the family-friendly board games we provide! Off of this huge room is another set of sliding glass doors that lead out to the *** Coming Soon! *** 8-Person Hot Tub *** Coming Soon! *** area in front of the house, featuring its very own amazing water views!! With a conveniently located 1/2 bath as well, whether putting in a few virtual hours at the office, watching your favorite movie or sports team on TV, playing board games with the family, or setting up extra sleeping spaces for your crew - you are going to love this space!!

Also downstairs is access to the garage turned Game Room with brand new Ping Pong table and dartboard. Open up the garage doors to let in the fresh ocean air and never miss a second of the stunning views!
