Aside from all that our farm has to offer, unwind in your exclusive use, amazing view hot tub or whip up something tasty in your efficient kitchen. This small, unique guest house offers privacy amid the trees, with a view that gives a sense of being completely alone. It's large glass windows overlook an expansive view of the environmentally protected, unpopulated, valley below. Outside dining area with hot tub in the very private patio garden attached to the home offers generous space for groups of up to four guests (two guests sleeping on FULL pull-out couch, linens provided.) A FULL sized mattress may be too small for some couples, so if there are 4 adults in your party, please make sure this works for everyone before booking. Compact kitchen with undercounter refrigerator/freezer, bedroom with flat screen and a collection of DVD's. Queen bed in bedroom, (Tuft And Needle mattress), bathroom is ensuite, which means if someone is sleeping in the living room, they'll have to enter the bedroom to access the bathroom. Excellent wifi for your netflix, remote learning/working, and more; no outside cable service.

We have installed a Five Stage Reverse Osmosis purified drinking water system. (Water source is city water, not well water.). We're right in the middle of wine country in general; one exit south of Temecula's Wine Country, and adjacent to the wine growing community of Fallbrook. If you'd like a wine tour, our comprehensive Activity Guide lists wineries and tour operators and is sent to your email upon making a reservation so you can plan ahead. Call ahead if you have a specific business you'd like to visit, as the economic repercussions of Covid continue to impact our local ecomomy.

Meet our friendly alpacas, Silverado and Dusty, and feed our gentle, miniature dairy goats. Gather eggs from our friendly flock, or just get in some "chicken time. "

Take a cheese making/butter churning class, jam making class, bread making, or home made ice cream churning activity, just walk the roads of our 20 acre property, or unwind and enjoy the solitude and quiet.

Once our required rental agreement has been signed, our software sends out access information, directions, and activity guides .
Wow...this is as tough as a job interview. Who am I? I really enjoy meeting different people, and count myself lucky to get to share this little slice of farming paradise with lots of well traveled guests. A confirmed Foodie, my original interest in growing things was for my own table. So a lot of what we grow here at Morning Song Farm is rare and unusual; dragon fruit, mulberries, macadamias, guavas, loquats, sapote, Carissa plum and kumquats. My shelves are proof of my eclectic tastes, including organic gardening books, mediation, political history, economics and numerous cheese making books which has become a focus for about a decade now. I teach it here for those that would like to discover how easy it is to make your own cheese! Just ask.
Aesthetics are important to me, I've worked hard to transform our farm into something beautiful...although it's an ongoing fight against the dark forces of weeds and derelict farm equipment. Friends say staying here is very relaxing, the skies are often filled with stars you can't see in the city, and although city-close, it feels like we're far, far away. I need that solitude, as many of our visitors will attest to, it's restorative.
Right in the center of Wine Country, guests are surrounded by winery and brewery options. The trail head to Southern California's only year-round flowing river (Santa Margarita) is a short drive away in Fallbrook, and offers a mostly flat hike along its banks for guests of all ages. From February through July, Kenny's U-pick Strawberry farm is a local favorite, and is just down the road. And most days, balloon rides are available in nearby Temecula. People from all over Southern California make a day of visiting the family-friendly Rainbow Oaks Restaurant, and for a romantic evening out, a short distance further is Cork Fire Restaurant on the grounds of the Temecula Creek Inn. Pala Mesa Golf Course is a short drive as well, and offers a nice menu and occasional entertainment. Call ahead for their schedule.

Besides gathering eggs, interacting with our alpacas, chickens, goats and peacocks; we offer several homesteading classes.
Learn cheese making, bread making, jam making, acrylic art pour, Talavera mosaic class, or enjoy a hand churned ice cream activity just for your group. All homesteading activities are offered to your group, for one class fee for all participants, and is held privately in your home or garden.
