- Parking Notes: 3 Cars Max - Garage Parking for up to 2 vehicles. One additional vehicle may be parked in the carport area. An electric vehicle charger is available for guests' use.
- Fireplace & Wood Burning Stove are NOT for renter use. Alternative heating options are available.
- No Smoking of any substance in the home
- No Pets
