This secluded and charming cottage rental is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, near Mission Peak. It accommodates eight guests and is ideally located for a fun-filled vacation. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a full-length mirror, a nightstand, and skylight with blackout blinds.
On this same floor, there is a living area that includes two sofas that pull-out to two full-size beds. Additionally, there is one sofa chair. The recently renovated bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, a sink, and a toilet. On the main floor, guests will find a second bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Linens and towels are kindly provided.
The fully-equipped kitchen is also here and it includes new appliances like a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, an oven, a stove, a waffle-maker, and a coffeemaker. Moreover, there is a dining table with enough seating for eight people so families and larger groups can enjoy a meal together. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for guest use and is located on the first floor of the villa. Other amenities include cable television, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and an exercise room.
Outside in the garden, guests will find enough space for some lawn games, and a barbecue grill for grilling up some juicy steaks in the sunshine. As the sun sets, there is a communal fire pit area, where guests can mingle with other travelers, toast some s'mores, and swap some ghost stories.
The ranch is self-sufficient and has anything guests should need. A natural spring and water filtration system ensure visitors can drink straight from the tap. The property has Wi-Fi, as well as T-Mobile cell booster for those who need it. An outdoor bonfire pit and wood is included on site, and guests also have access to the gym in the garage. Picnic tables are available for use. The ranch also boasts a lake on site and guests can swim or fish in it as they see fit. Bonfires, carrots to feed the horses, fishing poles, and a picnic basket with blanket are all available for guest use, though they must be requested in advance.
