In the bathroom, there is a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided, as well as soft robes and handcrafted soap. Laundry detergent is also provided. The living room has three cozy sofas (including the aforementioned leather sofa bed), two coffee tables, a television with satellite TV, a DVD player, and a VCR player.
In the fully equipped kitchen, guests will find a microwave, a convection oven, a refrigerator, an ice maker, a coffeemaker, coffee beans, a toaster, a double sink, dish soap, and all necessary cookware and tableware. There is a dining room table nearby, too.
Outside, there is a deck that overlooks the Smith River, a gazebo with misters to cool guests off in the summer heat, a private hot tub, and a gas barbecue. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a mobile phone, and off-street parking, including parking for RVs, boats, and/or trailers. Glampers should take advantage of the beautiful fresh flowers and organic eggs that are provided for guests when in-season.

Be sure to pack a raincoat, too, as this part of Northern California tends to receive over 90 inches of rainfall each year. Golfing glampers can visit nearby courses to take relaxation and a day in the sun to the greens.

For some fun and adventure offsite, glampers can venture up to visit The Redwoods. Getting lost in the tallest trees is a true one-of-a-kind experience for nature lovers. Glampers have to try their hand at white water rafting for a thrilling journey down the lake. Head over to the local golf courses for some relaxation and sunshine on the greens. A visit to the California coastline is unbelievably picturesque and unbeatable.

There is a two-night minimum stay in the winter and three-night minimum stay in the summer. Rates are based on a double occupancy. Each extra person above two people has an extra fee of $10 per person per night. There is a cleaning fee of $50.
