Description of Glamping Units
This luxury cabin, in Sonoma Country, accommodates six guests in two units. The main unit has two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one bathroom. The second unit is a Japanese teahouse, which has a king-size bed. There is a country-style kitchen in the main cabin, including a stove cooker, fridge and, coffee maker as well as a gas fireplace, electric heaters. There is a spacious living room that has two large sofas, moreover there is a flat screen cable TV and DVD player, and a stereo for the guests entertainment.The secluded teahouse is custom built and has a gas fireplace, slate floors, various windows with great views, and an electric heater. This glamping cabin has a beautiful deck, which offers views of a tranquil seasonal creek. There is also a patio area that is surrounded by lush wildlife. There is an outdoor wood-burning fireplace and a private hot tub for enjoying the great outdoors.
In addition, this luxury cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer and a dryer, two gas fireplaces, a cable television and a DVD player, a stereo with a CD player, an outdoor dining area with a gas BBQ grill, WiFi, and a phone with unlimited US nationwide calling.

The maximum occupancy is six, including adults and children.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at any time.
On-site parking is permitted for a maximum of three vehicles. There is space to fit two cars at the bottom of the stairs, and additional street parking available on a first-come-first-served basis. RVs, trailers, and campers are prohibited.
There is an additional $187 cleaning fee per stay in this vacation home rental in California. Included in this fee is a $49 non-refundable vacation rental damage protection plan fee for all reservations. This plan, provided through CSA Travel Protection, covers guests for up to $3,000 in accidental damages to the home during their stay.
In order to activate the vacation rental damage protection plan (included in the cleaning fee), guests will need to provide their billing address, phone number, and email address upon submitting their reservation. If this is an issue, please inform the host before making a reservation.
After making a reservation and providing contact information, guests will be emailed a guest agreement with the site's terms in detail to sign and return.
The maximum number of people allowed on the property is six. Exceptions can be made for children under the age of three years. In general, two additional daytime guests may be allowed at no extra cost, as long as hosts have given guests prior written approval. This home does not have a permit for parties, large gatherings, or events.
Up to two dogs are welcome to join in the glamping experience per reservation. There is no extra pet fee or pet deposit, but guests should inform the host they are bringing a dog so they can make sure they are covered under the damage protection plan. Please note that all unattended dogs must be crated.
Guests will pick up keys at the rental office upon arrival. Key pick-up and check-in time is 4 p.m., and check-out time is 12 p.m. The main office is open until 5 p.m. each day, and the office has a lockbox for after-hour key pick up for guests arriving after 5 p.m. The main office has an emergency line available to guests after office hours.
This glamping cabin is available year round. There is a default two-night minimum stay year round, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Memorial Day Weekend. From May 22nd through June and during the month of September, there is a three-night minimum stay. In July and August, there is a four-night minimum stay.
