In the heart of the protected land of Monument Manor on 7.5 acres, this large slice of starry heaven is perfect for artistic retreats, relaxed get-togethers, family gatherings, or the midnight dreamers and stargazers.

The open floor plan is perfect for gatherings of all kinds, while pops of bright colors, magical lighting and trippy art ensure good vibes only. Relax in the realm of emotions by sharing a moment of gratitude with a Pisces in the built-in spa; or set some intentions for the season to come and share your passions in the realm of creation with a Leo or a Sagittarius around the fire pit; ground yourself and clear your mind with a Taurus in a morning or moonlit meditation. SLEEPING:
With 4 beds and 2 baths, there’s plenty of space for the whole gang. When the fun is done, bring the magic of the skies inside and unwind on our unique floating “anti-gravity” beds, where each bedroom highlights a neon color with a celestial theme.

Bedroom 1 (Sun Room) — Queen size bed with private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 (Thunder Room) — Queen size bed with mesmerizing LED ceiling thunder clouds.

Bedroom 3 (Star Room) — Queen size bed with starry galaxy mood lighting.

Reservation headcount must match. Extra guest fee $50/night after the 4th guest.

(No exceptions due to cleaning protocols.)

DOGS CASE-BY-CASE:
Approval and $75 pet fee per dog required.

NO SMOKING/CANDLES:
Outdoor smoking only, 15+ feet from doors. No candles inside.

QUIET HOURS:
10 PM–8 AM. No outdoor noise/music.

KEEP DOORS CLOSED:
Desert creatures sneak inside easily!

PHOTOSHOOTS:
Commercial shoots require approval. Unauthorized use will be legally pursued.

EVENTS:
All events must be pre-approved. Event fees apply.

VENDOR ACCESS:
Landscaping, spa, trash, and maintenance workers may access the property.

NO GLITTER/CONFETTI:
No glitter allowed. Remove all decorations by checkout.

NO GLASS NEAR SPA:
Plastic only near the spa.

SPA RULES:
No diving, no drinks, no intoxicated use, rinse feet first, never use alone.
Always turn off spa after use. $250 cleaning fee for spills.

CLEANLINESS:
Excessive mess = $500 cleaning fee.

INTERNET:
WiFi speeds may vary; no illegal use allowed.

24/7 CONTACT NUMBER:
Must respond within 30 min if county enforcement contacts you — or risk a $1,000 fine.

RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Changes within 14 days = cancel + rebook under the same cancellation policy.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
Monitored driveways & entrances. No cameras inside/private areas.

PARKING:
Max 4 cars allowed on property.

DAMAGES:
Report immediately. Unreported damages incur $100/item + replacement cost.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Recommended for unexpected disruptions.
