ARRANGEMENT:
The campground is located in a private, completely fenced and secure acreage with room for you to roam or just chill by a cozy campfire. BBQ and roast marshmallows just steps away from the trailers! Each site provides its guests ample privacy yet in close enough proximity to each other to enjoy those family and / or friend get togethers and make lasting memories in your own private campground. All of the RV’s are very well equipped, yet extremely hi-tech with three of them running completely "off grid" with the latest in solar technology... You would be hard pressed to find another rental so well appointed with such a small environmental footprint.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Check in time is 4pm to 10pm. Check-out time is 11am. We’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out when available. The rate is $50 per hour for each additional hour outside the standard times.

Additional firewood, fire starters, and charcoal available onsite for purchase.

Note: Unlike most local RV rentals (many of which are illegal), JT Village Campground is fully permitted and county-approved following all environmental and safety regulations.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
🔥 Hot Tub: Set to 80°F. Feel free to adjust the temperature when you arrive.

📶 Cell Service: Limited — it's part of the magic! Plan ahead to unplug and reconnect with nature.

📺 No TV Channels: Our RVs & homes have DVD players but no cable or broadcast TV.

🚐 RV/Trailer Parking: Approved case-by-case. $150 for up to 4 nights; $25/night after.

🌟 HOUSE RULES — Please Read Before Booking!
Booking = agreement to all House Rules. This is not a lease and grants no rights to the property.

DEPOSIT OR WAIVER:
All bookings require verification through TRUVI. Choose either a refundable deposit (minus a small fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver. Guests will receive a TRUVI link via text to complete verification before check-in.

CHECK-IN FORM:
You'll need to complete a Check-in Form including our Rental Agreement and submit a valid photo ID matching the payment info on file.

AGREEMENT:
A short-term rental agreement may also be required.

NO EXTRA GUESTS:
Reservation guest count must be accurate. No unapproved visitors allowed. Violation = immediate cancellation without refund.

DOGS ACCEPTED CASE BY CASE:
Approval required. $75 cleaning & companion fee per dog. Strictly monitored at check-in.

NO SMOKING OR CANDLES:
Outdoor smoking only, 15+ feet from doors. $250 fine for violations. No cigarette butts left behind.

QUIET HOURS (10 PM–8 AM):
No outdoor music or loud noise during these hours. Quiet desert living is sacred!

KEEP DOORS CLOSED:
Critters like mice, snakes, and coyotes are part of the desert. Keep all doors closed.

PHOTOSHOOTS & COMMERCIAL USE:
Prior approval required. Fees apply. Unauthorized commercial use will be pursued legally. Personal posts are welcomed!

ALL EVENTS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED:
No parties or weddings without prior written approval. Event fee may apply.

VENDOR ACCESS:
Allow access for maintenance crews, landscaping, trash removal, etc.

NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI:
Decor must be removed before checkout. No glitter/confetti allowed.

FAMILY POLICY:
No infants. Children 2+ must be included in the guest count. Note: RVs are not child-proof.

CLEANLINESS:
Excessive mess = $500 cleaning charge. Please respect the space. :)

INTERNET USE:
Illegal or abusive use of WiFi is prohibited. Speeds may vary due to remote location.

24/7 CONTACT NUMBER REQUIRED:
You must respond within 30 minutes to any code enforcement calls or risk a $1,000 fine (county issued).

RESCHEDULING:
Changes less than 15 days out must cancel and rebook. Subject to the cancellation policy.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
Outdoor-only cameras monitor entrances and corners of the property. No cameras in private areas.

PARKING:
Max 1 car per 2 guests. Park only in designated areas.

DAMAGE REPORTING:
Notify us immediately if anything is broken or missing. Failure to report will result in $100+ fee per item plus actual costs.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Highly recommended for any unexpected events.

RV / TRAILER PARKING:
Pre-approval required. $150 for up to 4 nights; $25/night after.

Failure to follow any of the House Rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund and/or full or partial deposit loss.
