INDOORS:
Super roomy and totally cozy at the same time. Wind down in a comfortable master bedroom with a queen sized bed and plenty of extra storage. The main living area has a dinette that converts to a twin bed, as well as two bunk beds in the rear, and one couch that folds down to a twin. Bunkhouse will sleep 6 comfortably. Please note, the bunks are easy to climb into for children but a little tougher for large adults.

FEATURES:
The Bunkhouse is completely equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, TV, DVD player, indoor / outdoor sound system, shower, toilet, furnace, camping chairs, lights, BBQ, hot water and more but, this is all about camping and the outdoor experience… which is nothing short of amazing! Oh, and did we mention all of that is completely solar powered and eco friendly?!

OFF GRID:
The Bunkhouse is very well equipped yet extremely hi-tech running completely "off grid" with the latest in solar technology...you would be hard pressed to find another rental so well appointed with such a small environmental footprint.

JT Village Campground is located in a private, completely fenced and secure campground with room for you to roam or just chill by a cozy campfire. BBQ and roast marshmallows just steps away from the trailer! There is tons of room for parking and again, the entire campground is 100% fenced and gated for your privacy and security.


Unlike most RV / camper rentals in the area which are illegal, JT Village Campground is a legally permitted campground with the county of San Bernardino following all environmental and county rules and regulations. There are four other campsites on the 2.5 acre property so you may have some neighbors but sites are few and spaced far apart.

Please note this is an RV trailer, not a house. This is a "glamping" experience that may require you to patiently wait a few minutes for the hot water to kick in, use a lighter to ignite the oven etc. We make everything as user-friendly as possible and are a call or text away if you need assistance!

SHARED CAMPGROUND:
You’ll be sharing the campground with fellow happy Glampers at Sol & Sotosha. Bring good vibes only and please be respectful of your fellow desert dwellers.

FIRE PIT & BBQ:
You’re welcome to use the fire pit—firewood and charcoal available for sale onsite. Fires are not allowed if winds exceed 5MPH. Never leave a fire unattended! BBQ utensils provided.

FAMILY:
We’re family-friendly! No infants allowed. Children 2+ must be included in your guest count. Please note the unit is not childproof.

PETS:
Up to 2 dogs allowed per RV stay—approval required. Pet rules will be sent. A $75 fee per dog applies. The campground is enclosed, but always keep an eye on your pups.

NO OUTDOOR MUSIC:
Sound travels far in the desert. No outdoor amplified music at any time. Low-volume music from your phone or laptop is okay outdoors. Indoor music is fine with doors closed.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:
Quiet hours are 10pm–8am. No loud outdoor noise or light pollution. Failure to respect this may lead to cancellation without refund.

WIFI:
Fastest in the area (15mbps), but it’s the desert—speed may vary depending on weather and usage.

PHOTOSHOOTS:
Planning a shoot? Let us know what it’s for. Approval required, and a usage/licensing fee may apply for commercial use. Personal photos welcome!

WILDLIFE:
Expect to see quail, coyotes, rabbits, albino lizards, snakes, and kangaroo mice. Welcome to the wild!

NO SMOKING:
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is allowed only outside, 15+ feet from doors. No cigarette butts on the ground—they harm the wildlife. $250 fee for violations.

CLEANING:
Our team follows CDC & WHO protocols to keep the space safe and sanitized. Because of this, we can’t offer early check-ins or late check-outs.

HOT WATER:
Hot water may be unavailable during freezing winter months due to pipes.

NO TV CHANNELS:
Our RVs have TVs with DVD players only—no cable or live TV.

DEPOSIT OR WAIVER (Required):
All bookings require verification via TRUVI:

$500 refundable deposit (minus $15 fee), or

$25 non-refundable damage waiver
TRUVI will text you a link to complete this step prior to check-in.

LACK OF CELL SERVICE:
Cell reception is limited—perfect excuse to unplug and recharge. Plan ahead to enjoy your off-grid getaway.

House Rules Summary
By booking, you agree to follow all House Rules during your stay. Failure to do so may result in immediate cancellation without refund and/or loss of deposit.

1. Guest Count:
Only guests listed on your reservation may enter the property. Some RVs include a $50/night fee per guest over 4 (plus tax).

2. Check-in/Out:

Check-in: 4–9PM

Check-out: by 10AM
No early arrivals or late checkouts allowed.

3. Dogs:
Up to 2 dogs allowed per stay. Must be approved and pet rules agreed upon. $75 per dog.

4. No Smoking/Candles:
Outside only. No closer than 15 feet from doors. No butts on the ground. $250 fine if violated.

5. Quiet Hours:
10PM–8AM. No outdoor noise or music during these hours.

6. Keep Doors Closed:
To avoid inviting in desert wildlife—keep all doors shut at all times.

7. Photoshoots & Videos:
Approval required for any commercial use. Personal content is welcome!

8. No Events:
No parties, weddings, or special gatherings without prior written approval.

9. Maintenance Access:
Vendors may access the property for maintenance, landscaping, trash, or inspection as needed.

10. Decorations:
No glitter or confetti. Remove all decor by check-out.

11. Kids:
Children 2+ welcome. Please note that the space is not childproof.

12. Community Vibes:
You’ll be sharing the space—be kind, courteous, and community-minded.

13. Cleanliness:
Leave it how you found it. $500 fee for excessive mess.

14. Internet Use:
Illegal or abusive usage is prohibited. Speeds may vary due to remote location.

15. Code Enforcement:
We must have a 24/7 reachable number on file. Non-response to a code violation may result in a $1,000 county fine—guest is responsible.

16. Rescheduling:
Requests are treated per our cancellation policy. Changes <15 days out must cancel & rebook.

17. Surveillance:
Security cameras monitor driveways and perimeter only—no cameras in private or indoor areas.

18. Parking:
Max 1 car per 2 guests. All cars must be parked on-site.

19. Breakage:
Accidents happen—please tell us if something breaks. Unreported damage = $100+ charge per item.

20. Travel Insurance:
We recommend it in case your plans change for reasons outside our control.
