This listing is for the entire home which is a duplex with 2 separate units, one upstairs and the other downstairs. It is just steps to the beach, a short walk to Balboa Village and the Fun Zone, and a quick ferry ride over to Balboa Island. This rental is a perfect slice of paradise!

The space
This darling 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex beach house is located in a prime location on the Balboa Peninsula. This listing is for the entire home which is a duplex with 2 separate units, one upstairs and the other downstairs.

Both the upper and lower unit has its own fully equipped kitchen, a full sized bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The upper unit has a queen bed in one bedroom and a twin sized trundle bed in the other with a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The lower unit has a queen bed in each bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room as well.

The upper unit has a large deck with lots of seating and a BBQ for entertaining as well as views of the bay. The lower unit has a large patio with ample seating and a BBQ as well, along with a bistro table near the front door.

The home has a garage to fit 2 vehicles, with a stacking washer and dryer.

Just a short walk to the ferry for shopping and dinner on Balboa Island, a stroll through Balboa Village or a walk to the end of the Pier. You can even launch your stand up paddle board a few steps down Fernando Street. Located in the heart of Newport Beach this property with an over sized lot has it all!
