Up to six guests can be accommodated in this three-bedroom villa with private pool facilities in California. There is one king-size bed and two queen-size beds, and there are two bathrooms—the master bathroom has a large step-in shower and a bathtub. The master bedroom also has French doors and features fantastic views of the mountains.
There is a lovely living room with 10-foot ceilings, dimmer lights, and a fireplace, and the dining room has French doors that lead to the pool and patio area. The spacious kitchen has granite counters and a bar, which makes it great for entertaining. The features include a stainless-steel refrigerator with an ice maker, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, and a coffeemaker. This luxury rental has a 50-inch flat screen television with HDTV cable and Apple TV with unlimited access.
Outside, there are several patios and a stunning private Pebble Tec pool and spa with mountain views. There is a barbecue and a large wicker dining table for eating outdoors. Finally, there is a three-car garage for the convenience of guests.
At this site, guests will love spending time by the private salt water pebble tech pool and hot tub. There is also an incredible waterfall on the property. Wi-Fi is available and guests can make free long distance and local phone calls. For the sporty glampers, there's a free tennis court not too far from the site. Rates are based on double occupancy, varying according to the day of the week and season. There is a $15 fee per night for each additional guest.
Pets are welcome at this glamping site for an additional $75 fee for any additional pet is $25 extra. The yard is gated to accommodate them.
Pool heating is extra 50-100$ a day, depending on the season. The spa is extra during cooler months, $25 a day. If you opt in for pool heating, the spa is included. Every guest has to sign a customized agreement.
