Our vision is to share this unique place — where history, nature, and serenity meet — with guests who are looking for more than just a getaway. Powered by solar and fed by our artesian well, the ranch is designed to be self-sustaining while offering modern comforts in a natural setting.

Our team lives and works on the property, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and peaceful environment for all who visit. A Camp Host is available 24 hours a day to assist with anything you might need. Whether you’re here for a weekend of hiking, stargazing, or simply slowing down, we look forward to making your stay relaxing and memorable.

Set on 67 private acres at 3,600 feet, the ranch is surrounded by the Cleveland National Forest and offers sweeping valley views, abundant wildlife, and star-filled skies. Guests can explore historic sites like Nate Harrison’s stone house, wander scenic trails, or relax on the yoga deck overlooking the mountains and, on clear days, the Pacific Ocean.

Being fully off-grid and powered by solar with artesian well water, the ranch provides a sustainable, self-sufficient escape while maintaining a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere. It’s a place to unplug, breathe deeply, and experience the beauty and quiet of Palomar Mountain.

Nestled in the Cleveland National Forest and surrounded by Palomar Mountain State Park, the ranch is alive with wildlife — you may spot deer, red-tailed hawks, and even bobcats. The famous Palomar Observatory is just 10 miles away, and the nearest store is about a 45-minute drive.
