Couples are invited to spend their next getaway at this wonderful rental that boasts a secluded location in Penn Valley, California. The rental has its own private entrance and consists of a downstairs apartment. There is a king-size bed that can also be made up as two twin beds if preferred. The hosts provide comfortable linens to ensure that guests sleep well. There is also a full bathroom in the rental that offers plenty of privacy and towels.

In the kitchenette, guests will find a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a toaster for preparing simple meals and snacks. Glampers are also welcome to grill up a storm on the barbecue outside. After a busy day spent down at the private creek, guests will be able to relax in their living room on the comfy couches. Alternatively, there is a large deck with a shared hot tub available for guests to enjoy. Guests will adore the incredible views on offer.

Glampers will feel right at home during their stay. The hosts provide all linens and towels for convenience and there is Wi-Fi available throughout.

On the property, guests can enjoy access to a year-round creek where there is a private swimming hole and a sundeck for a day of relaxing. There is also a 32-foot Winnebago camper down at the creek, where glampers will find a bathroom, a microwave, electric refrigerator and propane barbecue. In addition, guests are welcome to use the hot tub on the property that may also be shared with other guests.

An add-on option is to sign up for a woodworking session in our fully equipped shop to build an heirloom toy from repurposed redwood or cedar. This is a 5 hour activity in one or 2 days to create your choice of a model T car, Biplane, steam locomotive or Mississippi style paddle boat. Details are available once you book your stay. The camper is adjacent to a 16'x18' deck with a full sized propane barbecue. Guests can enjoy scenic picnics and cool off in the water on warm days.

Glampers will find themselves just a five-minute drive from a local shopping center, where there is also a supermarket for picking up supplies. The heart of Grass Valley is an easy 18-minute drive and from there, Nevada City is just an extra five minutes in the car. There is a guest book in the unit with sections highlighting 12 eating establishments within 5 miles of the site, pictures and descriptions of several of the wild and scenic Yuba River swimming holes in the area, 20 wine tasting vineyards to visit and suggestions for established hiking and bike trails throughout the county.
