Each of the four bedrooms in the cabin features open-beam high vaulted ceilings to create a spacious feel when paired with the massive picture windows that allow guests to peer out into the green and brown forest surrounding the retreat.
Each bedroom in the cabin is paired with a bathroom, with one-half bathroom in the common area that has just a toilet and a sink. Guests will find the most windows in the master bedroom, with three giant glass panes along one wall, bringing the feel of the outdoors inside. Combined with the comfortable king-size bed, warm gas fireplace, flat-screen television, and full bathroom with a toilet, two sinks, a jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower, guests may find it hard to ever leave the suite. The next bedroom functions as another master bedroom, with skylights for stargazing to fall asleep in the king-sized bed, a flat-screen cable television, along with another full bathroom that hosts a toilet, double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower, as well.
Ideal for families with kids or close friends looking to bunk together, the third bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds with a twin-sized bed on the top of each and a full-sized bed on the bottom. The four beds sandwich a large window that peers out into the forest, too. In the last bedroom available, visitors will discover yet another view of the gorgeous surrounding greenery through the picture window with a queen-size bed beside it. The other two bathrooms each contain a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided for guests of the cabin.
Luxury abounds in the beautiful living area with its gas-burning fireplace and real leather sectional couch, providing guests with an ideal space to unwind after spending the day hitting the sand or the slopes. The high-beamed open space with new hardwood floors features authentic mountain decor and ties together the dining room that seats twelve, along with the two-seater bar, and the fully-equipped kitchen. In the kitchen, guests will be able to use stainless steel appliances like a stove, a dishwasher, and a large oven, along with a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, an ice maker, cookware, and a refrigerator. The gorgeous granite countertops and the additional island provide a perfect surface for preparing and presenting fantastic, gourmet-style meals.
Perhaps the most fun can be found downstairs at the cabin in the game room that houses an iPod docking station for listening to music while getting into a competitive game of pool, or outside, relaxing in the private hot tub that rests in the midst of secluded forestry. Once outside, guests will also find a barbecue grill to utilize on warmer nights when the best place to be is eating outside on the serene deck and patio.

The best of both worlds can be found at South Lake Tahoe, from incredible mountain ranges to hidden beaches, the California resort city has something for everything. The Lake provides opportunities for guests to rent a boat and spend the day cruising on the water, swimming, participating in water sports such as kneeboarding or skiing, or just sunbathing on the shore.
Guests should be sure to try out The Lake Tahoe Water Trail, a 72-mile attraction for kayakers and paddleboarders to direct themselves around the lake. Each beach varies in noise and activity level, so guests are able to choose which beach to visit based on what they might have in mind for the day. During the winter, nearby Heavenly Mountain Resort is ideal for skiing, snowboarding, or taking an incredibly beautiful two and a half mile Gondola right up to the Observation Deck, where guests will be treated to panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada Mountains hugging it.
The city of South Lake Tahoe, however, is much more than its namesake. For a unique look into the history of Lake Tahoe, visitors can head over to the Tallac Historic Site, a museum that, through art and theater, showcases life in the area dating back to the 1920s. In August, guests will have the opportunity to experience The Great Gatsby Living History Festival held onsite and travel back to rip-roarin’ 20s for a taste of glamour and excitement. The area hosts many fun and unique events, such as Harvey’s Summer Concert Series that brings in world-renowned acts, renaissance, music, and arts festivals from mid-June through mid-August, and Oktoberfest, a classic beer festival held in the month of October with tons of fun for families and groups alike. Guests preferential toward wine should be sure to indulge in a wine tour through the rolling hills of El Dorado County wine region, which hosts a tour customized to the individual wine taste of each visitor.
For an interesting night indoors, guests should be sure to head over to The Loft Theater, a restaurant that features a wide array of magicians and theatrical acts to keep everyone who passes through their doors entertained throughout the night as they enjoy delicious Italian food.
