There is a Capacity for 16 people to stay at the house overnight. Extra charges apply to any visitors whom guests may invite. Must be pre-approved prior to booking. Events may need security and insurance. Please reach out for more information.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Smoking only in designated areas outside. No Smoking indoors.
The pool is 7ft deep, and all Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
No Swimming alone
Hot Tub No More than 15 people
No Running, Pushing, or Horseplay around the pool area
No Glassware is allowed outside in the Backyard. Pool-approved cutlery and cups are provided.
Pool Disclosure will need to be signed by the booking party on arrival.
Property is monitored by CCTV.
