In this pet-friendly log cabin haven in Yosemite National Park, California, guests will feel right at home, as each room is full of rustic, atmospheric charms that bring the magic of the national park into the cabin's interior space, too. There are two bedrooms, both of which are furnished with two queen-sized beds under patterned satin comforters, with curtained windows that peer out into the forest. The bathroom has a shower-and-tub combination with a large sink and tiled floors.
In the kitchen, there are sanded light-wood cabinets with a marble island in the middle, where guests can sit as they cook or eat a snack. There is a beautiful wood-paneled dining table behind the island with room for eight guests. The living room is equally elegant, with its large sofas with thick cushions and pillows facing the arresting stone fireplace next to the television. Out on the deck, guests will find a glass patio table with chairs next to the barbecue grill, where guests can grill out to the sound of the Merced River rushing by in the background.
The pet-friendly log cabin has two bedrooms and one full bathroom, perfect for accommodating up to eight guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, a stove top, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and cooking utensils. In the living room, there is a wood-burning fireplace for the winter and a satellite television with a DVD player. The cabin also comes with a washer and dryer for doing laundry, as well as internet connection. Outside on the deck, guests will find a gas BBQ grill with patio furniture and provided wood for the fireplace.

In Wawona Basin, guests can play a round of golf on the nearby course or head into the wilderness surrounding the Sierra Nevadas, as there are many trails of various levels meandering throughout the region. Glampers will find paths leading to waterfalls and overlooks, and some that lead to the summits of Sierra Nevada peaks.
There are also fishing and rafting opportunities on the Merced and Toulumne Rivers, or guided gold panning tours where glampers can try to harvest gold from a Yosemite stream. Mariposa and Yosemite Villages offer plenty of art galleries, boutique shops, spas, and a variety of restaurants, as well as heritage tours and cultural centers for more information on the area. The Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, just 20 minutes from the cabin, is also a highlight, as the forest consists of the tallest trees in the world, the redwoods.
