Sequestered at the lower end of the Umpqua River in the town of Elkton, this camping cabin makes for a unique fishing retreat near the Oregon Coast. Located on a working farm with ample outdoor activities, glampers are in for an action-packed vacation. Up to four glampers can sleep in this camping cabin with linen, bedding, and pillows provided for an extra snug night's sleep.

Equipped with comfortable amenities, the carpeted living space is open plan with ample space to move around. Glampers can enjoy a cup of coffee with the coffee maker provided, while the microwave prepares a small snack. Free Wi-Fi access allows glampers to stay connected throughout their stay.

Outside, glampers will love exploring the working ranch and will be able to book outdoor activities on the ranch itself. Glampers will love spending time here, with all the comforts of home and a chance to reconnect with nature,

Guest not only have access to a wide range of organized excursions and activities while they are here but also some of the more basic comforts they are used to. Guests can connect to Wi-Fi throughout the property, linen, and towels are provided, and certain accommodations even have a gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, and a private balcony. There is also a restaurant on the property, as well as a large conference room.

The ranch offers a wealth of activities on-site for glampers to book and enjoy. For the avid anglers, the following packages are available for booking:

Professionally Guided Drift boat or Power Boat Fishing Excursion on the Umpqua River. A full, eight-hour day costs $400 for 1-2 anglers. A maximum of two additional anglers can be accommodated at $200 per angler. A half day, which is four hours, costs $350 for 1-2 anglers. A maximum of two additional anglers can be accommodated at $175 per angler.

Glampers can fish and access the Umpqua River from the ranch in their own power or drift boat for a $75 fee.

For those who love to shoot, the ranch offers Sporting Clay Shoot, which is a one-and-a-half hour guided excursion and guns and ammo are provided by the ranch. This activity is $59 per person.

For the wine lovers, the ranch offers a three-and-a-half hour tour of three local wineries and tasting rooms. The van can accommodate 12-14 glampers. Glampers are politely asked to book at least a week in advance and a minimum of four glampers is required to book. The tour is $50 per person.




A guided scenic raft trip is available for three hours at $75 per person. The booking requires a minimum of four glampers and a maximum of six.

Gun range access for one and a half hours is available at a cost of $40 per person, however, guests are required to provide their own guns and ammo. Should the ranch provide this, the cost is $59 per person.

A guided ATV tour of the ranch is available for a maximum of four guests at $25 per person.

Horseback riding is available and the land access costs $25 per person.

This property sits on cattle and sheep ranch that covers over 2500 acres along the river. It was the founding owner's dream to share his childhood home and watch guests truly enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors that surrounds them. The town of Elkton sits about 10 miles northwest of the ranch, meaning guests have some peace and quiet along with easy access to town. From this location, fishing, clay shooting, wine tastings, guided rafting trips, ATV tours, and horseback riding are all available. This is truly one of the most serene and idyllic settings for a glamping getaway, where guests can enjoy both the river and the mountains as they relax with loved ones in the fresh air.

Elkton is nestled on the Oregon Coast, which is home to a wealth of secluded beaches, rugged shoreline, lighthouses, and lush forest. Known as the “Jewel of the Umpqua”, Elkton is a great base to explore and enjoy the lower Umpqua River, which is teeming with salmon and steelhead. Butterflies encompass the botanical garden and invite mystified glampers to admire the sheer magic of their presence. The town of Elkton is heavily forested and offers incredible vineyards for glampers to visit, as well as hiking and biking opportunities, while fishing, crabbing, and sunbathing can be found in Yachats approximately 1 hour away. Glampers who are lucky enough might be able to spot a pod of gray whales in the stunning Depoe Bay.
