"Our only complaint is the trash situation. At the price of this cabin plus a cleaning FEE I would not have expected to have to take out my own trash …"

This unique caboose vacation rental with a private beach will make glampers next getaway near Olympia, Washington, unforgettable. The iron base and beautiful aged hardwood floors have been preserved, while new walls and a higher ceiling have been built in the style of the original Great Northern caboose. This caboose is spacious and luxurious and can sleep up to eight guests. There is a queen-size bedroom and two sets of single bunk beds just around the corner. The caboose features a kitchen and a new bathroom has recently been added. The kitchen has a four-burner stove, a coffee maker and a coffee grinder, dishes and cookware, a toaster, and a refrigerator, proving the perfect essentials for glampers everyday cooking needs. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, and towels and bedding are provided for glampers by the hosts.

The enlarged living room has a leather sofa bed with a memory foam mattress and two leather side chairs. A Sony TV sits on the base of an antique stove and glampers will find a collection of DVDs to enjoy together, however, the caboose has no TV reception. Board games, books, and puzzles are also provided for those rainy afternoons and evenings and both the living room and the bedroom windows offer expansive views of the beautiful Puget Sound.

A small dining table and six chairs are provided for guests as well as an outdoor picnic table, so glampers are never short of places to sit comfortably whilst eating and enjoying each other's company. There is a large outdoor fire pit near the bank where guests can cook on the charcoal grill provided, and roast marshmellows on the fire overlooking Hamersley inlet.

This secluded cabin comes with its very own private beach! With a firepit and charcoal grill, glampers can relax at the beach whenever they like. Have a BBQ cookout for lunch, and relax and roast marshmallows in the evenings whilst listening to the lapping water. Guests also have use of the private hot tub with spectacular Puget Sound water views...what could be more luxurious than that?
