This grand villa rental on Bainbridge Island, Washington, offers incredible mountain views and sleeps up to eight people. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. The first bedroom is a downstairs guest bedroom which provides a great view of the water and mountains and features a comfortable king-size bed and french doors which open onto an adjoining deck. The second bedroom upstairs is bright, airy, and has large western windows for incredible views. There is also high ceilings within this bedroom and it features a queen-size bed.

The master bedroom is the third bedroom and includes french doors to a private deck as well as magnificent views. Glampers can leave the doors open at night for a cool sea breeze as their air conditioner. For really chilly nights, there's a hammered copper gas fireplace for warmth and a gentle light.

The downstairs guest bathroom is a craftsman clawfoot tub/shower and sink, with a pocket door separating the guest powder room from the bathroom. The upstairs guest room has a separate bathtub and shower. The master bathroom is a large two person shower and steam room with a rain head, body sprayers, and an additional hand held sprayer. There is also a separate soaking tub for two. The Master bathroom is finished in Teak yielding a Malaysian style spa complete with speakers for soft music to soothe a day's stress away.

The large kitchen with island seating for two and swivel seats for three is fully equipped with an espresso coffee machine, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, two conventional ovens, pantry items, a refrigerator, a six gas burner cook top, and a double toaster. The dining area also has seating for eight guests. For entertainment, glampers will find a large stocked library of books, a television with satellite cable and a 3D Blue-ray DVD player, a game table within the great room, over 300 songs on a music library, an all room audio entertainment system, and a Microsoft 360 player.

Outside of this glamping property, guests will find a delightful outdoor patio with a kitchen which includes a wood fire oven and barbecue grill for a unique outdoor dining experience. There is a gas fire pit to make evenings last that little bit longer while toasting marshmallows, singing campfire songs, and stargazing throughout the night.

There is also a great lawn area for bocce ball surrounded by mature plants and trees. Guests can cut the roses and flowers for decorating their dining table and appreciate the lavender which borders the patio with its sweet relaxing fragrance. There are two full suspension mountain bikes provided for glampers to enjoy the local Port Madison.

A canoe which seats four, a two person kayak, a kayak for one, a medium and a large paddleboat is also provided by the host for guests to enjoy the water. All marine safety equipment is included.

High-speed Wi-Fi is included within the glamping accommodation and there is a driveway with parking for up to two cars on the site. Guests are not required to bring their own linen or towels as these are provided by the host.

There is a five-night minimum stay at this glamping property, and there is a property damage protection deposit of $99.00.

Rates are based on six guests, and there is an additional fee of $50.00 per night, per additional guest.

There is a monthly rate of $15,900 and if renters choose to stay longer than two weeks there is a $200 cleaning fee. This fee will be paid bi-monthly if guests choose to stay for a month. For stays of less than two weeks, this fee is not applicable.

If guests cancel 60 days or more in advance, the payment is fully refundable. If guests cancel 30 days or more in advance, the payment is 50% refundable.
