There are two bedrooms: one is a master suite that has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a view of the water, and the second has a king-size bed. Guests can request a sleeping mat in advance for a fifth person. In addition, the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the luxury rental, in order to give added privacy. There are two bathrooms, too: the aforementioned ensuite bathroom in the master suite, as well as one guest bathroom. Linens and towels are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen features a toaster, a stove, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and tableware.
