The beautiful, shared, fully-equipped kitchen comes with two ovens, two stoves, two refrigerators, two microwaves, and coffeemakers, as well as dishes, silverware, pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, tea kettles, wine glasses, and then some. Guests can get Wi-Fi from the shared kitchen, but not in their room.

Outside, there is a propane barbecue, picnic tables, a pond/wetland, and picturesque views of the meadow and the surrounding woodlands—with a trail system just steps away. There are 80 acres of hiking trails, and in winter, they become snowshoe and cross-country ski trails. There's a Frisbee disc golf course, volleyball, badminton, and horseshoes for guests to enjoy, too.

A full, hot breakfast is included in the daily rate.

This rental includes a complimentary ranch-style breakfast, which consists of meat, eggs, fresh fruit, homemade granola, muffins, bread, yogurt, and beverages such as coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and juice.
