A seemingly distant rural escape, while surprisingly close to local shopping, restaurants, event venues, and hiking trails. SPACE
Main floor primary suite with private deck. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 twin trundle beds and two separate twin beds. Two separate eating spaces, heated flooring in the primary bathroom, and mudroom/laundry room. Front porch with seating, and patio off of mudroom with BBQ space and 6-person outdoor seating. Set on 10 acres of privately owned land. Close to Stevens Creek hiking trails.

ACCESS
All spaces are usable except the basement. This is a utility area, and access is strictly prohibited.

NOTES
Dirt road access.

ADDITIONAL RULES
-Please always ensure when cooking that there is never any grease put down drains or in the dishwasher. Any cooking wear should be thoroughly wiped off with disposable paper towels and disposed of in the trash before handwashing.
-Knives and pots/pans must be hand-washed to ensure they are not ruined, please.
