Every bedroom is beautifully decorated with calming hues and beachy accents, and bed linens and bath towels are provided. The two additional upstairs bathrooms also feature toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs.

The spacious downstairs living room showcases an elegant, seaside style, and is appointed with plush couches and chairs. The living room features a satellite television, a fireplace, a coffee table, and a ceiling fan. The incredible kitchen lies adjacent and includes a bar counter for four, an island, and all the conveniences a chef could want, from a six-burner, restaurant-style gas range to a side-by-side freezer and refrigerator. A dishwasher, a coffeemaker, a toaster, a microwave, and utensils, cookware, and dishes are also included. There is a large dining table with room for 12, as well as a child's highchair. Behind the kitchen, there is additional pantry space and a washer and dryer.
