Ponca

Ponca is a small place which lies on the banks of the iconic Buffalo National River. It is somewhere that many people are in awe of as soon as they step onto the land there, thanks to the extreme beauty and tranquility they experience when they see it. As it is close to the river, this makes Ponca a hotspot for water-based sporting activities, such as canoeing, boating, and fishing in the sparkling blue waters of the river. When you are here, make sure you go on a hike up the river at least once, where you can wind deep into the trees along the Lost Valley Trailhead. If you continue to follow this trail until the end, you will find it takes you into the Ozark Mountains.
