Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Walk out your room to several hiking trails. Room has a queen, a single, and a hammock. It shares a full bathroom with the upstairs unit, but your lodging is very private.
No full kitchen. But yes, microwave and induction stove. Hot tub is just out the door ($50 add’l fee for cleaning and setup). Slow hotspot internet. Good phone reception once you get down the driveway. NO PARTIES; NO EVENTS
This converted barn has two floors, with a shared full bathroom between the two floors. When you are using the bathroom, you can lock a door so the second floor cannot access the half-floor containing the bathroom and laundry room. This makes it very safe in case you do not wish to see anybody else but those in your party.
You may only rent this room within 5 days of arrival. You agree to move to another comparable room within another house if a party rents the entire house.
A government-issued photo ID must be shown or sent to the owner or designee prior to check-in. Check-in will be performed by the person making the reservation. If this person is not available or will arrive later, contact the owner prior to check-in to discuss alternate arrangements.
Only the number of guests registered may be on premises. Exceptions only with documented permission of owner (additional fee may be required for gatherings). Unregistered guests are trespassing and will be treated as such.
External surveillance monitor(s) help safeguard our guests and compliance with our house rules.
The guest is responsible for cleaning grills and ovens if they are made greasy/dirty. Excess trash or cleaning or not leaving furniture/carpets in their places may result in a portion of your security deposit being with-held. Don’t place trash outside of bins making it accessible to hungry critters. Use of confetti, candles, fireplace and outside fire pits are strictly prohibited without written permission of owner. No underage drinking of alcohol.
