Oliver Springs

Oliver Springs, Tennessee is located at the point where the Valley and Ridge region of Appalachia meets the rugged uplands of the Cumberland Plateau and is strategically located to allow access to some of the most beautiful sections of eastern Tennessee. A short scenic drive takes glampers to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Named for the mists that rise from its forested slopes, the region is one of the most dramatic in the entirety of the Blue Ridge, with the most extensive old-growth forests in the eastern USA. Hikers and bikers will be able to tackle the numerous trails that permit exploration of the range’s rocky peaks and dense foliage, allowing them the opportunity to glimpse wildlife ranging from bald eagles to red salamanders. Music lovers will also relish the chance to visit the Dollywood theme park in nearby Pigeon Forge.
