This rustic cabin rental offers glampers a historic stay in rural eastern Tennessee near Kingsport. The cabin was built in the 1860s and maintains its authentic charm with a gorgeous gas fireplace and period antiques while also providing modern-day amenities for a unique and comfortable stay.
There are three bedrooms that can sleep up to nine guests. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king-size bed with fresh linens and a comfy duvet. There is also a sitting area with a TV so glampers can find a moment to relax and rest their feet after a day of travel or walking. There is a door from the master bedroom that opens up to the front porch where glampers can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the crisp air. The second bedroom has two double beds and accommodates up to four guests. The room has a couch situated between the windows creating a perfect nook for relaxation or reading a book. The third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed to accommodate three guests. Each bedroom has its own charm and is decorated with interesting antiques to eye, rustic furniture, and modern comfortable beds to create a homey feel.
There are two bathrooms within the accommodation.The bathroom on the main floor has a shower with a tub and a washer and dryer. The upstairs bathroom has a clawfoot tub for guests to relax and unwind. Both bathrooms are already stocked with fresh towels, shampoos, and toiletries.
The stunning kitchen inspires a feeling of simpler times with its dutch door and classic furnishings yet does not forget the conveniences of modern amenities. The kitchen has been mindfully renovated to offer modern appliances, including a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker.
The living space takes guests back into time amid the beautiful natural wood interior and historical antiques throughout the room. Glampers can make themselves at home and cozy up with a blanket and a cup of tea or a glass of wine in the leather reclining chair next to the gas fireplace. There is plenty of seating for guests to gather for the evening.
Glampers can freely roam the property and explore the log structures nearby, including an old barn. There is a front porch with outdoor seating furnished with rocking chairs and a swing and a patio with a gas grill around the back.

Glampers may explore the other log structures nearby the cabin on the farm. There is a large rustic barn on the acreage, an old cabin, and additional outbuildings. Wildlife friends may be spotted roaming around the lands. No hunting allowed, but cameras are welcome.
