Primary Suite:
Recharge in the spacious King bedroom on the main floor, complete with plush bedding, a smart TV, cozy reading nook, blackout shades, and a ceiling fan for extra comfort. The ensuite bathroom offers total privacy, as well as easy access from the main living space.

Secondary Suite:
A private upstairs bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and warm, inviting decor — perfect for couples, older kids, or anyone who prefers their own space.

Upstairs Bunk Loft/Game Room:
This fun and functional space features a Triple Twin-sized Bunk Bed — great for kids, teens, or extra guests. It’s tucked into the game room area with access to the second full bath and plenty of room to spread out.

Gatlinburg & The Great Smoky Mountains National Park: Easily reached via the Parkway and wrapping back in—typically 20–25 minutes.

The route is straightforward, with all main roads paved, well-maintained, and without steep grades. Once you turn onto Rising Fawn Way, the road transitions to gravel for about 200 feet, which can be a little bumpy, followed by an incline up the mountain to reach the cabin. Most vehicles handle this stretch just fine. We do suggest arriving during daylight or dusk — especially on your first visit — for better visibility and peace of mind.

For your safety, please do not leave trash unattended outside (including inside your car). Please refrain from feeding bears & wildlife that call the local area home.

It is located just a few minutes from Pigeon Forge, with easy access to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The route to the cabin is straightforward, with all main roads paved, well-maintained, and not steep.

As you turn, you’ll travel about 200 feet on a gravel section that can be a bit bumpy, followed by a short incline up the mountain to reach the cabin’s elevation. Most vehicles handle it without any issues, but we recommend arriving during daylight or dusk on your first visit for better visibility.

Snow and ice are rare but possible, and typically don’t last long or stick. In those conditions, 4-wheel drive is recommended.

Once you arrive, you’ll enjoy quiet surroundings, great views, and a comfortable mountain stay — close to everything, but just far enough for a bit of privacy.

ADDITIONAL RULES

A starter supply of toilet paper and trash bags will be available in the Property to cover your first night or 2. The guest is responsible for additional supplies, food, and beverages.
No fireworks
Do not set the thermostat lower than 68 degrees or higher than 75 degrees
Do not leave food outside of the Property. Do not feed wildlife.
All furniture should be returned to its original location
Do not place pots & pans in the dishwasher. Do not use metal utensils on pots & pans.
Keep your car doors and the front door of your property closed and locked at all times. There are black bears & other wildlife in the neighborhood.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. You will be charged additional fees if you clog toilets / septic tanks by flushing anything other than human waste and toilet paper.
Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles inside the property and should not be left outdoors. Place used trash bags in outdoor trash bins located in the metal cages near the front of the property and securely close & latch lids to keep away bears and other animals. Garbage left on the grounds will result in additional fees.
The hot tub is used at your own risk. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries resulting from the use of the hot tub. Shower immediately prior to entering the hot tub. Do not enter the hot tub alone. Do not eat in the hot tub. Do not urinate or deposit foreign material into the hot tub. Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use. Do not sit on or place anything on top of the hot tub cover. Unsupervised children are not permitted in the hot tub.
The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and sanitized prior to every guest check-in. It takes 8-10 hours for the hot tub to heat up to the ideal temperature of 100 degrees, so it may not be fully heated on your first night.

You are obligated to abide by all of the requirements of Sevier County ordinances, as well as state and federal law, and violations of any of these rules or laws may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement and your eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for payment of fines levied.
