This accommodation is located in Sparta, Tennessee, where it is situated on a farm surrounded by the rolling countryside of rural White County. Exploring the grounds, guests will find a mixture of farm fields, a large organic garden, mowed walkways, wooded trails, streams, and hills, along with an assortment of domesticated and wild animals, including English shepherd dogs, Tennessee walking horses, chickens, owls, red-tailed hawks, foxes, and coyotes. In June, the farm and its surroundings light up with countless fireflies.

About five miles to the north, guests will find Burgess Falls State Park, where they can see the spectacular series of waterfalls for which the park is named. Here, the aptly named Falling Water River plummets 266 feet in total, first 20 feet, then 30 feet, then 80 feet, and finally, for the grand finale, 136 feet. A challenging hiking trail takes guests past all of the waterfalls. For a more leisurely experience, guests will find a native butterfly garden right next to the park's upper parking area. There is also a popular fishing area below the Burgess Falls Dam.

With Falling Water River to the north, Caney Fork River to the south, Center Hill Lake to the west, and Calfkiller River, the Cumberland Plateau, and the Bridgestone Centennial Wilderness Area to the east, the farm's location provides guests with opportunities to explore and enjoy the great outdoors in a variety of ways, both on land and water. At the same time, downtown Sparta and Cookeville offer guests a variety of shops, restaurants, and museums to enjoy. The accommodation is about two hours from Nashville, where the nearest international airport is located.
