The marina is only 33 minutes away from downtown Austin, and the Austin South terminal is 47 minutes away. Barton Creek Habitat Preserve and Emma Long Metropolitan Park are only 23 minutes away by car. Hippie Hollow Park is 16 minutes away from the marina. Guests will find Volente Beach Waterpark at just 25 minutes away, where they can spend some fun time with the family!

Please note that an additional charge of around $60 is applied for every additional guest over 2.
There is a $150 refundable damage deposit that is held on the guest's card at the time of confirmation. This will be released back to the guest 14 days after check-out pending no damages.
The boat must stay docked at the marina at all times. If guests want a tour of the lake they can use the host's kayaks which are included in the price, or the marina also has boat and jet ski rentals.
Loud music after 11 p.m. is not permitted.
Any parties, events, or additional guests (other than guests who have paid for to stay on the property) must be authorized by the property owner.
