Space
Welcome to luxury living! This unit boasts exquisite oak cabinets, lavish high-end leather furnishings, and a design inspired by opulent yachts. The sleek black granite accents add a touch of elegance throughout. Indulge in the lavish steam shower, while the kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary skills. Upstairs, the window-lined seating area offers panoramic views, and the queen bed and desk provide comfort and productivity. Prepare to immerse yourself in a world of refined luxury. Downstairs also has a queen size bed.

Additional Guests: We allow for 2 guests at our standard rate in all units. All units with the exception of Lux Lounge can accommodate 4 guests. We charge $50 per additional guest at the time of check-in. We understand that it would be easier to bill this at the time of booking but our third party management software doesn't allow us to have these fees in place at the time of booking.

Access
Guests have access to all 5 acres of the resort, Koi Pond, Sauna, Stone Pizza Oven, Michael Phelps Hot Tub, Gazebos, Grass Lounge Bed, Outdoor dining spaces, mini library, and yoga studio and 2 outside grills.

Transit
You have parking for two cars right in front of your villa. We also have a parking lot near the front entrance.

Notes
This villa sleeps up to 4. We are dog friendly for well-behaved dogs. Our dog fee is $25. This must be put in the reservation to include your dog. Dogs are to be on leash at all times. We are located 2 miles from the Rodeo, 10 miles to COTA/F1, Airport 5 miles, Executive Airport 8 miles, Tesla Gigafactory 4 miles, Downtown 9 miles.

Resort Guest Guidelines
Welcome to our private adult-only resort. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following policies:
1. Guest Access Access to the resort is for registered guests only. Non-registered individuals are only permitted if they are part of a scheduled event under a valid event contract.
2. Smoking Smoking is allowed only in designated areas:
* By the fire pit at Koi Lake
* On the bench in the parking lot
1. Prohibited Items & Activities The following are not permitted anywhere on the property:
* Candles
* Fireworks
* Explosives
* Paintball equipment
* Hunting or fishing
* Flying drones
1. Seafood Cooking Seafood cooking is permitted only at the outdoor grills or pizza oven.
2. Trash Disposal Trash bins are located outside each unit. Do not leave trash unattended outside. Pickup is available upon request.
3. Pets Pets are welcome if included in your reservation. Pets must:
* Be leashed at all times
* Never be left unattended unless properly kennelled
* Use only the designated pet relief areas
* Waste bags and disposal bins are provided for your convenience
* Do not allow pets to relieve themselves on artificial grass
1. Quiet Hours Quiet time is observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
2. Guests & Children Guests aged 12 and up are considered extra guests and are subject to an additional fee. Children under 12 are not permitted on the property. All children and pets must be supervised at all times.
3. Hot Tub Use The hot tub is shared among guests. Please be courteous with usage time. No soaps, oils, or bath products are allowed in the hot tub.
