Nature & expectations
“This is a riverfront nature sanctuary, not the sterile 20th floor of a high‑rise. You may occasionally see harmless dirt daubers, lizards, spider webs, wasps, an occasional snake, leaves on outdoor furniture, or other signs of nature, especially when outdoors. We clean and wipe surfaces regularly, but nature changes daily—if you see a bit of the outdoors on a chair or hammock, just brush it off with one of our pet towels, take a breath, and enjoy this peaceful, natural setting.”
