Welcome to a lakefront safari tent, developed in partnership with GLAT Austin. Just one hour from downtown Austin, this peaceful and romantic retreat combines the beauty of nature with the comfort of home — perfect for couples looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy a scenic lakeside getaway.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious and thoughtfully designed glamping tent with a king bed, soft linens, and full HVAC heating and cooling for comfort year-round. The interior is warm and inviting, blending natural textures with modern design touches that bring the outdoors in.

The tent features a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot with complimentary coffee to start your mornings lakeside. While this tent doesn’t include a private bathroom, guests enjoy access to clean, shared park restrooms and showers just a short walk away.

Outside, unwind by your private fire pit or grill a meal on your gas grill as the sun sets over Lake Bastrop. This lakefront location provides beautiful views, peaceful sounds of nature, and easy access to walking trails, fishing spots, and kayak rentals.

🐾 Pet Friendly: Up to two dogs are welcome for a $49 pet fee per pet, per stay. Please clean up after your pets, keep them on a leash outdoors, and never leave them unattended.

You’ll be staying inside a public park called North Shore Park at Lake Bastrop, where you may see other glamping guests and families nearby. For larger groups, you can book multiple tents or cabins together for a shared glamping experience.
