Location: Terlingua, TX — 11 minutes from Big Bend National Park, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, grocery, and gas
Terrain: Most Pods and sites are on top of a hill and require a sometimes-steep hike.
ATV Service: 9am–9pm for Pods 005, 007, 008, 009, 010, and 012 (luggage only)

Pods 002, 004, 005, 008, 009: 3 adults max OR 2 adults + 2 kids
Pods 007 & 010: 2 people max
Space Pod 012: 2 queen beds | up to 4 adults + 2 kids
Space Fort 003: 3 queen beds + 2 sofa beds; optional extra memory foam mattress ($95). Max 8 adults.
We will ask you to book an additional Pod if you exceed the capacity.
Pets
$95 fee for up to 2 pets
Must remain on a leash, stay on trails, and never be left alone in a Pod
Pet fee is $95. Any unreported pets will be charged $250.
Pets may not be left unattended inside the dome. Violations will result in an additional fee.

Pods 002, 004, 005, 008, 009: 1 queen bed; additional queen floor mattress available for $95
Same extra mattress option available in Pod 012 and Space Fort 003
Bathrooms
No bathrooms inside Pods except Space Fort 003
Two shared bathrooms with hot water and flush toilets
All Pods are 100–400 feet from a bathroom

Check-in Instructions

Arrivals after 9pm do self check-in — please notify us in advance

A $35 fee applies for non-emergency assistance after 9pm
All staff members on the property are present for work or to assist with luggage transportation. Please do not interrupt them while they are working. If you need anything or have a request, contact us directly by call or message, and we will assist you promptly.
Water
Water is not potable in all the property ( space fort 003 included )
Please limit showers to 5 minutes to help conserve water
Fire Pit Safety
No fires during windy conditions
If embers rise or blow, extinguish fire immediately
Never leave fires unattended
Fully extinguish with water when finished
No dishwashing allowed on the property
Heavy water misuse by anyone in your party will result in a minimum $100 fine
Pod Locations
Pods 005, 007, 008, 009, 010, 012 and some campsites require a steep uphill hike (2–4 minutes)
ATV assistance may not always be available — be prepared to carry your items
Most accessible Pods: 002, 004, 003, and 005
Terrain may still be challenging for guests with mobility concerns
A YouTube access video will be sent on the day of check-in
Campsite Locations
Hill campsites: 4–6 minute steep hike; not recommended for kids under 18
All other campsites are at parking-lot level
We are not responsible for weather changes at the camping site. The locations are on top of a hill, and strong winds may occur. Guests must secure their tents properly and come prepared.
House Rules — Pods Only
Each Pod includes 1 queen bed; additional memory foam floor mattress available for $95
If the extra bed is installed, a Pod can hold 2 adults + 2 kids or 3 adults
Space Fort 003 can hold 8 adults max or 6 adults and 2 kids (with optional extra mattress)
Washing dishes in Space Fort 003 is required; a $50–$100 fee applies if left unwashed
Stair Safety
First stair set has no railing — use caution
Assist anyone under 18
Guests are responsible for their own safety
Maximum Group Size at Top Area
Maximum of 8 people allowed at the top area
Safety & Property Guidelines
Property has steep, uneven, rocky terrain — stay on trails only
Wear proper hiking shoes
Wildlife is common (snakes, scorpions, spiders, etc.) — close screen doors at all times
Adults must supervise anyone under 18
Use flashlights after dark — very limited lighting due to Dark Sky Community guidelines
If you choose to leave your pet inside the pod while you’re away, please note that it will be entirely at your own responsibility.

Date Changes & Damages
Changes date fee :50 $
Same-day date changes are not allowed. If accommodation is possible, a $100 fee will apply.
Any changes have a $50 fee
Guests are responsible for any damages to Pods, furniture, appliances, or property
There is a $35 handling fee for mailing back any items forgotten at our property.
Shipping cost is separate and will be added based on the carrier’s rate.
Just share your address and we’ll take care of the rest.
To ensure safety, comfort, and fairness for all guests:
If you arrive with more guests than the maximum occupancy of the Pod you booked, you will be required to book an additional Pod .
If no additional spaces are available, a fee equal to the nightly rate of an extra Pod will be charged, even if the extra guests do not stay in it.
Conduct & Quiet Enjoyment
No fixed quiet hours, but guests must be respectful
Disruptive behavior may lead to removal without refund
Dark Sky Policy
Minimal lighting on property — always carry a flashlight
Arriving before dark is strongly recommended
Nature Awareness
Cacti and desert plants can be sharp — be careful not to touch or step on them
Do not collect rocks or plants
Liability Waiver: By signing your name, you hereby waive, release and forever discharge the rental company, its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns from any claims resulting from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss or death, and any property damage that may occur caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water or land-related accidents, natural events or any other occurrences or mishaps.
We are here of our free will, and entirely at our own risk. We understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise by our own or others’ negligence or conditions on the premises or the conditions or our use of amenities offered at the premises or related to travel to and from the premises. Nonetheless, we assume all related risks, both known and unknown. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity. I fully understand that this is a release of liability and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring legal action against the company for any personal injury or death, pet injury or death or property damage whatsoever for negligence on the part of the company, its agents and employees.
This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of my presence at the premises. We further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the company against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs. By signing your name you agree that you have read our Waiver of Liability carefully. I clearly understand the terms and voluntarily sign this release agreement. I have also discussed this with all persons in my party and their guests and they have authorized me to sign this agreement on their behalf. By signing your name you understand that if any members of my group break the 'House Rules', we reserves the right to terminate the reservation and issue no refund.
