An easy drive to Kyle Field, restaurants, and grocery stores makes it perfect for game days, campus visits, or a peaceful country getaway.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The front room features custom twin XL beds with barnwood accents and a pull-out XL trundle. The middle bedroom offers an iron queen bed, while the back room includes a handcrafted queen bed with tin and barnwood details, plus a unique 75x30 custom daybed inspired by Sundance’s “Carla” bed. The living room adds extra flexibility with a twin sleeper sofa and memory foam mattress.

All mattresses are wrapped in protective covers and topped with quality mattress pads for added cleanliness and comfort. Bedding—including quilts, sheets, and blankets—matches the farmhouse charm and is kept fresh, clean, and well-maintained for every stay.

Guests have full access to the farmhouse and the yard surrounding it. While the owners live in the main house next door, your space is private and separate. Please enjoy only the areas around the farmhouse, not the main house or its immediate surroundings.

Note: there is an unfenced swimming pool on the main property. For safety, children and pets must be supervised outdoors at all times.

Enjoy privacy with self check-in and check-out, while the hosts remain nearby if needed.

Highlights include a large porch with outdoor lights, a custom fire pit, and a backyard barbecue area. Guests are welcome to gather fresh eggs from the chicken coop for a true farmhouse experience. The property sits just outside of town, offering peaceful countryside charm with the convenience of quick access to shopping, dining, and events.

Small events may be allowed with pre-approval. A $500 event fee applies, and the number of guests is limited. Tables and chairs for up to 30 are available upon request. Please also be mindful of local burn bans when planning to use the fire pit or fireworks.
