This rustic cabin rental is located within walking distance of Lake Texoma in Denison, Texas, and can accommodate eight guests comfortably, for a peaceful getaway full of outdoor recreation and relaxation. The cabin has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a living room that contains an additional sleeping area.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a desk, and a television and an armoir, while the sunroom contains another queen-size bed and two twin beds (trundle bed). The second bedroom has a set of bunkbeds and a dresser. In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a bathtub/shower. Linens and towels are provided.

In the lounge area of the sunroom, guests will find a sofa and a chair with an ottoman arranged around a television. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, a stove, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a blender, a coffeemaker, and a six-person dining table. Cooking utensils, silverware, pots and pans, dishes and cups galore.

WILDLIFE AND PESTS – Lake Texoma adventures often involve nature, inside and out. You might encounter whitetail deer, coyote, snakes, wasps, mice or armadillo’s roaming the property, or near the lake. Though we do work hard to control unwanted pests, it’s near the woods and sometimes encounters with unwanted critters and bugs are unavoidable, even inside the cabin. Keeping exterior doors closed as much as possible will greatly mitigate your pest concerns. We don’t provide refunds due to this reason.
