The property has goats on the property and invite guests to hand feed them with the food left inside the airstream. There is great photo opportunities, and hosts will even help.
As this property is in the Texas Hill Country, they ask guests walk the property, the hosts ask them to be aware of their surroundings—watching for snakes, prickly cactus, poison ivy, or any other obstacles that could do guest harm.
The property is on a septic system, and guests are asked to be gentle with the plumbing and to flush toilet paper only. We also have installed a 20,000 gallon fresh, filtered Rain Water System for guests to use during their stay. The rain water should be consciously conserved.
