This property is vintatge and so hosts ask that it be occupied by adults over 21. Babies are welcomed under 1 and adolescents beginning at age 14.

The hosts ask that guests contact them upon arrival, so they can answer any questions guests might have. Guests are also asked to read the information in the Welcome Book left for them upon arrival.

When leaving the property, the main gate by the entrance opens automatically, and guests just simply have to drive forward towards it.

When leaving for the evening, it’s a good idea to turn on the front porch light. It’s really dark out in the Texas Hill Country. Guests should look for the porch lights on in the distance and the main sign when returning.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, it is only permitted on the porch and nowhere else on the property. The owners kindly request that guests use the ashtrays provided.

The property has goats on the property and invite guests to hand feed them with the food left inside the airstream. There is great photo opportunities, and hosts will even help.

As this property is in the Texas Hill Country, they ask guests walk the property, the hosts ask them to be aware of their surroundings—watching for snakes, prickly cactus, poison ivy, or any other obstacles that could do guest harm.

The property is on a septic system, and guests are asked to be gentle with the plumbing and to flush toilet paper only. We also have installed a 20,000 gallon fresh, filtered Rain Water System for guests to use during their stay. The rain water should be consciously conserved.

Be kind to the environment and take care of the surroundings.
